"Upon check in our room was excruciatingly hot . Maintenance was kind and helpful Chris brought us two box fans . Our downstairs bathroom smelt of urine, The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it , there was no hot water the three times I tried to shower, the dresser up stairs was sticky including the remote , there were crushed chips in the corner of the room.The front desk staff was notified Patty and Zach.Patty was too busy to talk when I asked to speak with management . "We have been staying at a lot of hotels this summer for baseball And I try to get name brand as in Fairfield inn by Marriott if I possible,well not this one Room was so stagnant and ac filters may have been cleaned a yr ago ,room looked like it was cleaned quickly,found a empty jar of weed gummies by the couch,ran out of hot water both mornings,hallways and lobby were so hot and wasn’t even that hot outside, I usually only leave reviews if it’s a great place to stay It was still better than...

Breakfast was great with eggs bacon sausage and variety of breads and make your own waffle with all the toppings you desire and yogurt and oatmeal. "We were given a room which was already occupied. Not a huge deal, it happens. But when I went to the front desk to switch it out the worker was nowhere to be found. I tried calling the property, no answer and no answering service. Waited about 30 minutes before the worker returned from somewhere outside. "One of the best things was the breakfast and hospitality it was a very welcoming stay , clean quite and delightful "

"The property was clean. Only issue was other guests leaving their food waste in the elevator car instead of placing in the garbage. Elevators could use some cleaning. Electric shade did not work in our room so we couldn’t get any sunlight. Enjoyed the waffles at breakfast. Front desk staff were very nice, professional and especially helpful when trying to access pool area due to room key not working. Would stay again."
