"This is the third year we have stayed in this hotel for a VOA Concert that last four days. We love this hotel. It is very clean and breakfast is always a hit. The pool is amazing and the staff excellent. We will continue to stay every year and when ever I need to for other events in the area."

"Very nice room"

"The lobby was nicely decorated and had great amenities to keep my family entertained throughout the day. All day coffee and a pool table were our favorite perks. The swimming pool was a little cold for the kids. The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The kids loved the automatic pancake machine."

"The room was clean enough, but the service was terrible. The front desk can't help you get extra towels or supplies unless housekeeping is there which is not very long. They seem to purposefully not have enough breakfast food for their guests. The housekeeping staff doesn't speak English. Breakfast for those who get up before 7 may get a frozen breakfast sandwich, toast, or pancakes if the machine is working. Don't plan on having any housekeeping done or eating breakfast there."

"Check in time was 4pm. I was still waiting for them to “clean and inspect” the room at 11pm. Just to sleep a few hours before I had to get up and go back to the basketball court. I was supposed to be compensated and that never happened but other people waiting were getting compensation. Very disappointed and will never stay here again."

"Very clean comfortable hotel"

"Doors lock on the out side past 10 so cant check in if driving late. Little to no breakfast. Have to pay an nextra 70 thats held at check in which isnt mentioned or added which is stupid An have to leave at 11am. People like to sleep in. An needs to l9wer prices especially for week pay an or month pay 1400 f9r a m9nth 500 for a week is more then an apartment an no one on disability can pay it."

"Couldn’t get breakfast because the staff told us it was until 930 but it was actually until 9 and at nine. They really take everything."
