"It was very clean. The rooms are a bit small and no microwave in the room. Staff were very friendly. The noise from the highway was a bit noticeable at night, but tolerable. Breakfast was fresh. "

"This was our first time staying at this property and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are subdivided sections of an old paper factory. We were surprised at how quiet the rooms were considering how high the ceilings were with polished cement floors. Very clean accommodations and the staff was very friendly,. Good option for finding lodging near Miami University/Oxford, Ohio. "
