I rarely leave reviews, but my stay here was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share. When I arrived, there was a dirty washcloth hanging over the showerhead, which immediately made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear the TV in the next room and anyone walking through the hallway.
There was also a flashing light coming from a ceiling fixture that stayed on all day and night, making it difficult to sleep. When I asked the staff about it, they dismissed my concern and told me it was “normal,” which wasn’t reassuring.
To top it off, I had a package delivered that Amazon confirmed was received at the front desk, but the hotel insisted they never received it.
Overall, I gave this hotel one star only because zero wasn’t an option.
