"The lounge area here is very nice. When we got back from downtown (which is very close and easy to get to from here) we were able to grab a drink and cozy up by the fire. The room was clean and comfortable. "

"Hotel is very nice and clean. My boyfriend got a bad case of food poisoning, and we were worried to death they wouldn’t rent us the room again since it was Labor Day weekend. They were so nice and accommodating. They gave us the room despite the busy weekend. "

"Phone did not work, however they did send someone right up to fix it ,however, he was unable to get it fixed. Wallpaper was peeling on the wall. Basement room was musty smelling and bedding felt damp. Cracked glass in paper sleeve. Very convenient location to Biltmore and downtown. Carla at front deck extremely helpful and friendly. We did change rooms and the gentleman that helped with this was extremely kind."

"It was a comfortable hotel room, close to everything we were wanting to see. Breakfast was good. The only complaint is that there is no guest laundry and they directed us to a nearby one where most of the machines weren’t functioning. Otherwise, a good value and pleasant stay. "

"Absolutely fabulous. I am hard to impress and this experience blew me away. The property was clean and well appointed. The staff were very well trained in hospitality. They were not only professional but kind and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. This is definitely the best bang for your buck in Asheville. "
