"Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean.Bathroom was not as clean...Toilet had rust or hardwater stain line... scrub down needed. Also one of the bed covers had a hole from a burn mark. Had to keep curtains open so the AC could run longer...as long as the curtains didn't cover the vents it was fine . No microwave in the room but refrigerator was really good."

"Most enjoyable stay. Very Spacious room was clean and quiet. Very good breakfast with hot and cold options. Such as egg quiche, bacon, and hot ham and egg croissant sandwich(although prepackaged). Excellent staff."

"Our son had a baseball tournament in Cortland/Ithaca so we chose to forgo the mediocre price gauged hotel chains and do some fancy camping. The owners were super welcoming. The tent was spacious (4 of us) and the location by the river was amazing. I was most worried about the shared bathrooms but they were immaculate & clean.
