"The room was not very clean. There was one tissue in the tissue box, hairs in the bathtub, the ice machine was broken, and the beds were extremely hard. I would not stay there again."

"The bathroom door would not close (door too big for door frame). Hook on back of bathroom door hanging by one screw and unusable. We stayed 2 nights - came back to room on the second day at 4PM - bed was not made and dirty towels were on the floor. We inquired at the front desk and were told there is no housekeeping provided on multiple day stays. There was no signage regarding no housekeeping at the front desk. We were given additional towels but were told to leave the wet, used towels...
