I’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times and was always comfortable with the firmness of the mattress and cleanliness of the room but this time the mattress was way too soft for me and things weren’t as clean and fresh as they usually were. I think the room may have been in the process of renovation because there was paint on the floor and labels in the shower drain and the tub wasn’t entirely clean. Evidence of a prior guest remained. We also couldn’t lock the window and I saw a bug in the room. I know that sounds silly since it is the beginning of spring but it is the first time I ever saw a bug in this place. All of my previous visits were excellent though, with clean fresh smelling rooms and comfortable beds.

The property is very dated but adequate. When you are traveling with dogs you just can't expect to say in 5 star hotels. Besides I wouldn't want to pay the price for that. I think The grounds might stay a little cleaner if they put a container for cigarette butts containers and a few signs that read "Please clean up after your pet"

The bathtub is peeling everywhere, I don't even want to get in it to shower. The TV doesn't work, one nightstand was left unplugged so I thought it's outlet didn't work, the phone doesn't work so I can't call the front desk and my key card never wants to work to get into my room. It takes 10 minutes of trying my key fifteen different ways before it finally unlocks the door. And, the listing says free wifi, but I was given no information about that and can't find any free wifi. And there is no information book in the room. Also, it's pretty crappy toiletries that they provide for the guests. And the towels feel like sandpaper, even when just drying your hands.
