"This was my third time staying here (previously in 2012 and 2018), and it’s still just as good. The room was excellent, the breakfast was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Plus Fast Wifi"

"The room was pretty cold on arrival, but soon worked out how to get the heating on.Staff were very helpful and managed to sort out my booking, that Expedia failed to notify the hotel, so they were not expecting me.The room was aa bit outdated,and not very soundproof, the 7 lane bypass was very noisy during the night,even with the window closed."

"Great building, location and staff. “Executive” room (402) was on 4th floor, lift only goes to 3rd floor. On arrival on 4th floor, no corridor lighting so had to use light on phone to see room number. Room was especially small; same applies to 409, others on floor significantly larger. On escape plan, bathroom was bigger than bedroom. There was a bad smell of drains in corridor and in room. Windows were wide open on arrival. After closing, smell in bathroom became apparent. Bathroom door would not shut. Bedroom window did not shut properly leading to draughty and excessive wind noise. TV worked but had tape around edges. Desk area for fridge had no fridge. The smell and window were mentioned to staff at checkout. Would suggest asking hotel to not put you in rooms 402 or 409"
