"Great place"

"I know hotels in Japan can be very tiny. This one was no exception, but overall was a mediocre experience. The amenities were weak, room was very small with no area to open a bag let alone two. Available outlets were not conveniently located and there was no desk space to work on. There was a small table and one chair. That was a little helpful. What was most disappointing was the condition of the carpets. Stained and frankly quite disgusting. Thank goodness for slippers. Price was definitely not indicative of the quality of property. Bread and coffee and juices offered in the morning complimentary. "

"Very helpful staff when we arrived, the room was clean and neat. Location just a short walk from the station, and by the river too which was nice. Excellent breakfast, again lovely staff. A quiet area but easy to get around "

"Clean room and typical of a hotel in regional Japan. Views were lovely, especially on ground floor and in the restaurant. I took advantage of the onsen and sauna. Free coffee, tea, beer and soft drinks on ground floor. They offer have a shuttle bus service to / from the station but limited hours. Otherwise it’s a 15 minute walk so if you have heavy luggage, would not recommend. 7/11 and MacDonalds are close by."

"What a stunning hotel... after staying here we wanted to only stay in Hotel Vistas in the rest of our trip! This is such a well located hotel, with small but incredibly well-designed and decorated spaces. The double bed room had a calming color scheme, rich palette of textures, and convenient items, from a sink/drink prep section to extra ottoman seating and a desk area with chair. The bath/ toilet areas were separate and I was so impressed that everything felt comfortable and workable in a small urban hotel space. Hotel was a nice walk from Hiroshima Peace Museum and all the memorials around, as well as Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki at a local restaurant. The staff at the front desk was incredibly attentive and also helped us get a taxi right at the foot of the hotel."
