"Quiet and very good location for tourists. Close to memorial sights as well as public transportation lines. Host was very quick to respond to any questions i had. Ive never had to turn on the water heater so that was new, maybe printed instructions should be left for guests. Also, the wash/dry took longer than anticipated and even after a couple of hours, my clothes did not dry completely. "

"The location is good. We saw one cockroach in the unit and another giant one in the building. The unit generally needs an upgrade and modernization. Curtains could have been better.
