"The hotel is very modern, but no real facilities. We arrived early with multiple other guests and just had to dump luggage in the lobby and trust that it was ok. There was only one man checking people in and he stuck a piece of paper on the wall to identify everyone’s luggage- Not very secure. The room was cool, but we had a very stained lounge. A nice place to rest your head, but certainly not anything to write home about. "

"Out stay in Hiroshima was great. Our room at the Origamiinn was perfect having everything we needed. A 7 eleven downstairs and a tram station directly across the from the apartment. All the main sites were either in walking distance or a short tram ride. There were a couple of nice places to eat very close by. Overall a great place to stay. Would recommend."

"This is an excellent property. I was traveling with 4 other adults and two children, and this was a very spacious and nicely appointed apartment with kitchen, dining area, and two separate sleeping areas (one in the living room and a separate bedroom). It was very convenient to walk to shopping and restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Hiroshima memorial park and museum. "We enjoyed our stay. On arrival we expected there to be beds in both rooms, but only the two queen beds were set up. The owner gave us approval to set up the other room also. We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. "The flat is located near the ferry port. It's a good spot to stay. The hosts gave us precisely instructions about checking in and out and they were very helpful, answering our questions. "We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious for Japan standards and had everything we needed. We did not cook but there was coffee and tea. The location is amazing. Quiet but just around the corner are great restaurants. The memorial site/park/museum was 10-15 minute walk. The day pass made it easy to ride the trams. Communication from our host was wonderful with easy self checkin. Highly recommend! "
