"Very unique old mansion complete with eclectic wall to wall art, probably original furniture and uneven/squeaky floors. Only part upgraded were bathrooms. Living room space fits a group nicely. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Interior needs some help with musty/moldy odor. Beds could use some newer mattresses, not very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Limited communication with staff, especially at checkin. One visit was good enough for us. "

"We had a lovely weekend away at this Inn. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Nice thick curtains that kept out most of the light. Powerful shower. We had a couple of meals and the food was excellent. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our car and they let us stay longer in the room whilst we waited for the RAC. Would stay there again if I was in the area."

"What a great find this was.... Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner. Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. Hotel prices were sky high, nearly all had over doubled in price, some asking £400+. Than out of the blue I find this beauty..... Absolutely stunning views as far as the eye can see all round. Hot tub was amazing heated by a log burner. Comfortable seating area with a fire pit and bbq. The lake was massive...

"We stayed in the High Barn and the location and condition of the accommodation was wonderful. The only disappointing element was that the wi-fi was not working but in hindsight this was not even that bad as it enabled a real escape and full relaxation. The town of LLandovery had all amenities needed and was only 15 minutes away. With young children the games room was a fantastic added benefit and the pool table was even level!!"

The accommodation has everything you will need for a stress free holiday,very close to wonderful walks and has places to eat/drink just a short distance away. Its very central to other attractions we went to the zip wire which was wonderful, the national caves and dinosaur park, great day out, also went down the big pit coal mine, another fantastic day out. "cotrage was lovely and quaint .hottub was lush .only downside is i was expecti g a little holiday type village with tge cottages dotted aroynd ina woodlands type ..its not.this cottage is literally just in the front garden of tbe farmers house ( lovely gent ) .. lovely and quiet ..clean cottage .very small .."
