"Great place to stop in the country "

"This was such a find! Stayed one night with friends in a private room while we hiked in the Brecon Beacons and it was perfect for what we needed. Perks included - plenty of drying rooms (it rained the whole time we were there so this was very much needed!), restaurant and bar, cosy lounge with fire and board games, and a sink in the room. Easy to find, plenty of parking, and great location. If I'm in the area again I will definitely come back."

"My husband and I had a really lovely stay at the Usk & Railway Inn, from the friendly greeting at check in, the clean, good sized and comfortable room, with a good complimentary tray of tea, coffee and biscuits, and toiletries, to the superb evening meal (a fantastic Sunday roast), we had a wonderful nights sleep. It was finished off by a hearty cooked breakfast, which we both thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you both, you’re great hosts. "

"We had a wonderful stay at The Mill at Glynhir. The location is stunningly beautiful and so peaceful. Matt and Helen were superb hosts—warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, their attention to detail is second to none as everything you need is provided. "The room was spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for me and my dog. The owners are very dog friendly which was nice. Breakfast was unusual, being continental, but excellent and more than enough. It is very quiet in the evening, especially sat outside on the communal patio area. I would definitely recommend it."
