The little balcony overlooking the marina was a lovely spot to have a cuppa! The location is very convenient for both the City Centre and the Beach. The host Joan was friendly and welcoming. "A nice room, with a very large patio/seating area outside. A large, very comfortable bed. A couple of the chairs could do with a clean, some marks on them. We didn't eat at the hotel as the restaurant was closed both nights we were there. Not the easiest place to find but we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."
