"Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this."

"Everything was superb. The only thing that could have pushed it to level of superior would have been if the hot water were hotter instead of luke warm. "
