"I had booked this hotel, over the internet 2 days before we were to go and stay there and had received confirmation that it was accepted and paid for. However, when we finally got there we were told there was no booking and we would have to pay again!!!!!!! I showed them the confirmation number but they did not believe me and were very rude. Consequently we did not stay there and we had to get a taxi to another hotel. Would not recommend this place at all."

"I had a truly wonderful stay at Hôtel Lounge Madiana Plage. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Philippe is incredibly kind and helpful—when Uber wasn’t working, he personally arranged a car to take me to the airport. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was enjoying my time at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious! "Amazing ambience. Very helpful staff. Beautiful place. Very secure. Generous portions of food. I enjoyed my stay there. My only issue is if you have OCD like me you will probably want your breakfast covered to avoid exposure to flies. The rooms are amazing and house cleaning should be supervised to ensure they actually thoroughly clean and scrub the place. They can also look into switching up the breakfast menu otherwise i highly recommend Dianne and her great team. Made our stay worth it !"
