"The bathroom in the room need renovation since it not functional and extremely old. Also don't expect hot water for your shower between 10AM and 4pm since they shut it down during that time. It also a little bit noisy due that you are on the corner two major roads. So overall if I had to go back to La Fortuna I would choose another hotel."

"Horrible, the place let me book a room & they are completely closed & remodeling.. no one was there .. no one would answer the phone.. thankfully Expedia helped me out Becauae it was late at night & I had been traveling all day & was exhausted.. So there was no stay , I’m waiting for Expedia to help me get the money back that they charged me fpr staying at there hotel when you can’t even conact them.. Horrible experience with blue palms ,I will never even look to stay there in the foreseeable...

"The hotel has access to the beach and the staff is friendly. However, the hotel is divided in 2 sections one near the beach and the other crossing the street, near the reception. The last ones are very noisy and do not have view. You need to cross, the main street to go to the restaurant and all services. It is not recommendable for people with mobility difficulties if you are in this section of the hotel "
