"We were given a room on lower level which was old and smelly. We requested a new room which was better cleanwise. The next day we noticed that the original room was starting to be renovated.There was never any coffee in the coffe station and there was never any staff on the front desk. We were on our own.
We have stayed in this hotel before and it was never this bad. We will not stay here again."

"we checked in and were given a dirty room on the first floor, door was wide open, trash in the room, towels on the bathroom floor and the bed was slept in and the comforter pulled up. went back to the desk and was given a room on the second floor, the room was clean and pretty big. it fit our toddlers packnplay comfortably. bathroom was really small."

"We stayed here to kick off our Anniversary Roadtrip through New England. It was a friendly welcome by staff, a decent and comfortable room, and the location was great for the Aquarium and Olde Village. Very walkable and parking is convenient. Room was reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again"
