"I would suggest skipping this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the Mystic area. This hotel looks nothing like the photos in the property listing. It is dated, dark, and uncomfortable. The surrounding area is ugly and close to nothing. The breakfast is a joke and borderline inedible. I called Expedia immediately to report the discrepancy in how the hotel is presented in the listing and the reality. I hope the company steps up and makes this place what they say it is. "

"Literally right across the street from the aquarium and a short drive to downtown Mystic. Very family friendly. Beware of the pool there is a lot of children lol the walls were pretty thin so we kind of heard everything. But for the location and for the price, you can’t beat it."

"My room had a problem with noise level from an adjacent area. We were unable to sleep till 1:30 am . The shower had no shower head built-in and pillows were uncomfortable."

"Staff was extremely friendly. Room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom vent didn’t work. The beds were not comfortable at all. Breakfast was ok. Most best westerns I have been to serve either pancakes or waffles They didn’t. At least not the day we started. It was FINE I ate a muffin and apple and checked out. I’d stay somewhere else just because of the bed. Nothing in mystic is super close to each other. "
