"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang. Leider oft unterbesetzt, somit oft mit langen Wartezeiten verbunden. Frühstück und Abendbuffet zwar sehr vielfältig aber kaum regionale Angebote, vor allem Fisch und Meeresfrüchte fehlten. Personal an den Poolbars immer sehr gestresst und die Qualität der Speisen war hier nicht gut. Hier gab es scheinbar auch keine klaren Regelungen zu Öffnungszeiten und Speisemitnahmemöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer wurde immer zu unser Zufriedenheit gereinigt,...

"Overall lovely hotel, food was great throughout and pools were so lovely and warm. Rooms were spacious and quiet, and shuttle to the beach was super helpful. Couple of improvements - the tiles around the pooo get super slippy, we saw several kids fall and almost tripped ourselves. The manager who was manning the ice cream parlour was particularly rude and unhelpful and really put a downer on our trip. "Staff An older, white woman from the hotel discriminated against me. She was stubborn and not at all helpful, simply because I am disabled. She tried to cheat me by claiming I had to pay extra for breakfast! I am not very happy. I had already paid the full price, including breakfast, but she tried to deny me breakfast. "I like everything, the food, the staff so friendly, very respectful, specially a guy name Abel, super nice person, and in reception Enrique. I wish every hotel in the world will have people like this guys. Overall the hotel was excellent"

"Ligging goed tov mogan mall. Er is een trap om overal te voet naar toe te kunnen gaan aangezien het hotel tegen een berg ligt. Het ontbijt was uitmuntend! Wel dient men te vermelden dat de spa gereserveerd dient te worden telkens en het chloor gebruik enorm hoog is. Ook de netheid liet de wensen wat te over. Zo vonden we de tweede nacht tussen topper en matras van het bed een vape van vorige gasten. Doch na deze kleine minpuntjes beveel ik het hotel aan!"

"Nos gustó que el tamaño del apartamento era grande, tenía una terraza con vistas al mar, la cocina bien equipada. El personal era maravilloso, nos permitieron hacer el check in antes por que el apartamento ya estaba listo. Como sabían que era el cumpleaños mio y el de mi madre porls DNI -s, nos dejaron un detalle muy bonito en la cocina el día, felicitandonos. La relación calidad precio me pareció excelente.
