"Not enough parkering spaces, glad we didn't stay there during high season. We missed real mugs for coffee, tea and chocolate.... There were only very small cups available. Also an electric cooker for water would have been nice, we had to cook water in a pot for tea and instant coffee making. The flat was nice,beds good."

"I have stayed at this hotel previously on five occasions. It is convenient to the ski slopes and in the centre of Flaine. The ski boot room is heated and secure. Last few weeks in the season are AI. Top two floors are exclusive to Crystal, the other half of the hotel is split between French or other European groups. The entertainment is French orientated which some UK visitors really enjoyed. "No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....
