"This is a 4.5 star hotel with 5 star service. The whole resort is immaculate and well maintained, the food is superb. We’ve been to many 5 star all inclusive hotels in Turkey which may have a lot more food options but this food is the best we’ve had. It’s a buffet but you are served and everything is presented beautifully. Nothing is too much trouble. "I was really disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, which made it uncomfortably hot throughout my visit. I reported the issue multiple times to the staff, but unfortunately nothing was done and I didn’t feel supported at all. On top of that, the food quality didn’t meet my expectations either. Overall, the experience fell short, and I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and improves both their service and facilities."
