The staff at this hotel were exceptional, and definitely made up for some of the the less impressive aspects. The hotel is ok - the public areas are nice, but the rooms are quite tired and need updating. The pool area is ok, although the sun loungers could be better. There are loads of restaurants around the hotel offering good quality food at a reasonable price. I think there are better hotels available, but you have to consider the price difference!

Very relaxing days with amazing night at the bar

Amazing experience with very welcoming and helpful people in a beatiful old Maroccan style immeculate clean hotel. I felt loved and cared for everywhere in the hotel. Great staff, wonderful pool and beach, very clean spacious room with a small balcony facing to the main street. There are better rooms but I used the room for sleeping only as I spent most of my time on the beach/pool or exploring the area.

The Hotel is of a good standard 3-4 star rating. However the Dining was less than expected, we went half board so breakfast and dinner were included but for dinner drinks were not part of the meal. Also the WiFi unless sitting in reception is virtually nonexistent. Apart from that a good Hotel

Don't expect a western 4-star hotel

I have mixed feelings about the resort. The service was good, the location is next to restaurants and the beach and the pool area is good (although small-ish). But there are lots of things that could be improven: The rooms aren't in the best shape, wifi-connection is poor, sound proofing is next to none and the breakfast was crowded every day after 08:30. I don't regret booking the hotel, but I encourage to be mindful about these setbacks before booking your accommodation at Agadir.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional with something for everyone. Beach was a stone throw away and there were multiple restaurants in the locality. I would recommed this hotel. However the only downside to my stay was that my room faces a road for pedestrians and everynight without fail we were woken up. Did not feel fully rested the following morning.

Great location, nice and friendly staff, food was okay (below average), but it’s very disappointing to see such property sooooo outdated: toilets are not working properly, AC very old and not blowing any air, bed and sheets are very old and the shower barely dripping water. It needs a renovation ASAP.

A huge hotel with a great big pool that never felt crowded lovely beach out front with a private area for residents. Rooms were good size with a small balcony and a fridge could probably do with an update. Food was of a good standard there was the usual buffet, a Moroccan restaurant, an Italian and a seafood restaurant which we tried and was quite good. Unfortunately not many other people used them so they were lacking in atmosphere.Most important is the quality of the staff so friendly but also very professional with high standards of service and plenty of them so you never wait for anything. The hotel is in a good spot on the beach promenade with a few independent restaurants and little shops in the vacinity All in all a nice stay

The beach was excellent but could have done with toilets nearby and a bar for drinks. Pool was nice but needed to be heated as ice cold when swimming. Some staff nice in the restaurant near the pool but often closed early so no access to drinks after 5pm. There is a tip culture present at the hotel. Your level of service from staff is directly proportional to the amount you tip. No tip, very poor service with an accompanying scowl. Main restaurant okay for food but often the staff where quite ignorant and walked in front of guests to pick up food orders for tippers and left you standing there. Also closed the breakfast and removed food at 10.05 when it finished st 10.30am. Smoking is permitted everywhere in the hotel, especially the cocktail bar. For non-smokers, there is a disgusting permenant cigarette stench in the hallways of the hotel. Entertainment is limited in the evening. Singers in the cocktail bar. There is nothing for children to do, except breathe in second hand smoke. Plenty of things to do in Agadir. Beware though, conmen are everywhere and try to lead you astray or have a money making acheme.
