"Hôtel vraiment bien, les serveurs sont tous gentil, Mohammed , Jamal, et tout les autres également. Le service est super propre les chambres sont toujours bien nettoyer. Un grand merci d’ailleurs à madame Bouchra qui a toujours bien entretenu notre chambre. Les repas sont vraiment très bon contrairement à d’autre hôtels où c’est moyen. Vraiment un très bon hôtel et je le conseille vivement."

"The hotel was full of cats and the room was dirty as soon as we walked in. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they would just quickly clean our room. Our sink was faulty and toilet seat was falling off. There was loud noises every morning as there was work going on. Cleaners missed a whole day of cleaning our room. Bugs all over the room every day and in the shower. Booking said it was all inclusive but when we got to the hotel they said it was breakfast only and we went back and...

"Hôtel très bruyant et dans son jus (baie vitrée simple vitrage… porte de douche qui ne ferme pas, une lampe sur 2 dans la salle de bain, porte papier toilette qui tient avec l’opération du saint esprit, pommeau de douche aussi fuyant par le tuyau que par la douchette….) Animations très fortes et mélangées à celles de l’hôtel d’à côté. Sans compter les voyageurs qui restent toute la nuit au bord de la piscine… Pour les frais expédia nous annoncent 17€ de taxes locales or eux nous font payer 22€...

"This is a 4.5 star hotel with 5 star service. The whole resort is immaculate and well maintained, the food is superb. We’ve been to many 5 star all inclusive hotels in Turkey which may have a lot more food options but this food is the best we’ve had. "I really enjoyed our stay here, everything was great, there is a huge selection of food, both in the main restaurant and the pool bar (burgers, pizza, salads, cakes, fruit, crepes, doughnuts....so much). You will never go hungry. There is a second restaurant on site its with a set Moroccan menu, you need to book but you don't pay more. The evening entertainment was unbelievable too. I struggle to find something that could be improved "
