Lovely room - ocean view- comfortable beds clean- kettle with randomly 1 cup - hairdryer- nice hotel - very nice staff - decent breakfast- a bit pricey for drinks if you are not on all inclusive- worth checking out if worth paying for all inclusive- all in all good hotel and good location ☺️

Check in was extremely slow, we arrived at 11am and were allowed to use the facilities straight away while we waited for our room to be ready. We were told to come at 2pm to get the room key, however the room wasnt given to us until 4pm and not without a lot of back and forth to keep coming and checking for updates. Not ideal after a long flight and very exhausting but the rest of the stay was great. Breakfast is quite limited and repetitive, some of the fruits were definitely not fresh and tasted off. Staff was very helpful and friendly and spa and pools were amazing. Perfect for a family holiday with young kids.

A highly recommendable place to stay!

My wife and I spent 3 nights in this wonderful hotel. Nearly everything was excellent: The rooms: clean and modern with all en-suite facilities. The location: facing and next to the beach, and not too far from other shops. The food: marvellous! With a full and varied menu. Staff: friendly and helpful. The hotel was also good value for money. The only downside was that we had a heavy smoker in the bedroom next to us, so we couldn't sit outside on the balcony and appreciate any fresh sea air!

Dated hotel. Carpets filthy inside of hotel. More 3* than 4*. Breakfast very mediocre did not feel fresh, best part was bread and butter. Machine gives hot chocolate in place of cappuccino. Good coffee at breakfast is a must. Cleaners did great work on the rooms. Lengthy walk to marina (40 minutes). Beautiful view from balcony was the best part. If not all inclusive drinks very expensive £7 for a small beer. Scent being continuously pumped into hotel very overwhelming.

Hotel is good only if your getting it really cheap Reception staff are okay 1 girl was rude We only had breakfast included we went 2 out of 6 days as it just has really basic stuff like tea bread and egg dishes Rooms feel really out dated and not clean as you enter the room firsts time it stinks the pillows stink the curtains the towels everything Upside about this hotel great location great fun with the pool and slides and a lot of activities for the kids Price wise only book if you finding it cheaper and want access to the beach easily with good pool

The hotel was very clean. The pool and beach areas were nice. The waterslides were fun. The entire hotel is very worn. Breakfast was bland and boring. I tried to branch out with some of the variety offered, but quality was poor and we stopped going day #3. The gym was dated and had limited hours.
