"Great location "

"The location of the Sheraton was terrific except for the fact that a marathon was being run on the access road to the hotel on the day we had to leave for Valparaiso and did not know this ahead of time. We had to allow extra time as all the traffic was rerouted away from the main throughfare, had to take a golf cart then drag our luggage across the race route to get to the taxi. The hotel is looking its age, needs a revamp to get rid of old battered fruniture and replace carpets Yhe indoor pool...

"The beds were very comfy. They allowed us to store luggage for free before check in and after check in. Please note: Check in before 10 am means you have to pay for a FULL NIGHT. Check in between 10 AM and 3 PM and you pay for half of a night (but it includes breakfast, which goes until 11 AM). If you pay through hotels.com, be sure to check that they actually credit you that amount. They have to do it manually and might forget. The reception staff were very kind and patient and could speak...

"The food at the restaurant was really good except you have to wait for it a while. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wish the pool wound had been warm. "

"Not Pleased with experience we were assured that it was air cond, the expedia operator assures us that it was air cind. Unable to contact expedia for refund or change of apartment.. TV was not connected we had to ring everyday for access to TV and internet. Air fan was filthy, Iron board was crocked and iron was dangerous wires espoused, no stand for baggage. No shower holding rail for elderly or disable peoples. Toilet seat was loose."

"Our stay is very cosy and comfortable. The room is very clean and quite. Its location is friendly for rental cars, so we don’t need to find parking in the crowded streets. The host also provides transport services to town center. Very convenient! "
