"We had such a lovely stay, the staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The restaurant itself was clean, warm and cozy, with a really inviting atmosphere.
The food was absolutely delicious! Our dishes were well-prepared and full of flavour. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into the menu and the ingredients. Also they do the best cup of coffee! "Went for a one night stay. Really close to Chester centre. Big rooms with big beds. The spa was relaxing and clean and the front desk staff were very helpful. We had a lovely stay"

"The hotel is dated, the bathroom products are not elemis as per photos and the rooms are limited with old tvs.
Food was nice but £4.50 for diet coke is ridiculous."

"Hotel was easy to find, with parking available.
Easy walking distance to station (which suited us).
Staff were helpful and friendly. Especially good for our first breakfast - where we were going out before breakfast time - the staff put together a lovely breakfast for us to take with us - which was brilliant."
