"Room was recently renovated, modern and clean which overlooked the spa gardens. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Only downside was unfortunately, likely due to the age of the property the room directly above had very squeaky floorboards which disrupted our sleep. "

"We had such a lovely stay, the staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The restaurant itself was clean, warm and cozy, with a really inviting atmosphere.
The food was absolutely delicious! Our dishes were well-prepared and full of flavour. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into the menu and the ingredients. Also they do the best cup of coffee! "bedding and towels all very clean but the room it’s self needed a deep clean, dust everywhere, if you moved the bed the dust was thick, hadn’t been cleaned properly in a very long time. It’s as if they had taken loads of bookings and opened parts of the hotel that perhaps weren’t used on a regular basis"
