"Chester is a fantastic city to visit especially with the children. Lots to see and do. We dod a family trail and learnt do much. The hotel was a great base, just across the road is a park and ride bus service that took you straight to the centre snd easy to pick up back to the hotel. Great to have the pool and restaurant service too the breakfast certainly filled us up for our days out. "

"Travelling from York, so was a stop over before hitting Wales. Hey, it was a nice place to stay. The room was incredible (although for me, I'd change the carpet on the staircase to room 9. Visually, very tricky!!) Check in was quick and easy. The only thing I'd point out, and it is nit picking, I think the staff need to be more 'that's no problem, we'll sort that out' as opposed to 'we'll see what we can do,' ... Yeah, I've worked in customer service for 40 + years blah blah... and we all...

"Very comfy beds led to a good nights sleep. Clean room. Big enough for a night. Room and hotel a bit dated but not overly to distract. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool, sauna and steam room where great. The changing area and lockers ideal. The showers didn't have a mat outside them so the floor was very wet and quite slippy when we stayed. Breakfast was good. They didn't have much on show for gluten-free, fruit, yoghurt, cereals. Asked for toast and they also have more. The evening meal...

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and our room was excellent. Bar/restaurant area was really nice and the lady serving at the bar was really lovely. We will definitely stay again. Ate at the restaurant called Amni across the road and it was excellent. Loads of choice of lovely restaurants nearby and main shopping area just round the corner made it a brilliant location."
