Cari Hotel di Cheshire West and Chester

"Staff excellent. Breakfast great Rooms very very nice. Stayed last year but this year showed a massive improvement. Had a room downstairs far superior to upstairs. A little noisy around 130 am but nothing you can do about that. Staff considerately and diplomatically moved non disabled parking guest out of disabled space. Very thoughtful. Definitely recommend it. Will be back. Receptionist on duty 830 am last Tuesday was exceptional."

"Great stay in Chester city centre location really handy for dining out in the evening and shopping"

"Even though the room was in the older wing it was completely updated. The bed was extremely comfortable and linens were good quality. The ensuite was huge, almost as large as the main room with soaker tub, roomy walk-in shower sink and toilet and towel warmers. Good mirror and well lit. The bed was queen sized and the TV was sizable. Desk and dresser. Really pretty nice. I arrived early and the young man at reception was mainly concerned about the proper check-in time and couldn’t be bothered...

"This was not our first visit to the Grosvenor hotel in chester, as it is closing on 30th september for a couple of years to renovate.so we booked two lovely rooms in april to stay 1 night at the end of september, on arrival we soon found out our stay was not as we hoped it may be, there was an heritage package that we were not made known to on arrival. therefore there was only 1 menu we could choose from, asked a bottle of wine was told that could not order a bottle but could order by the glass...

"This was a wonderful break for us. The hotel is relaxed and spacious, the spa facilities good. Very quiet and friendly. And excellent value for money."

Annabelle on reception was also lovely, they really do have lovely staff, wedding bbq was lovely good choice of drinks, not exorbitant prices? Room was really lovely, nice comfortable beds. Thank you Julie and staff at Rowton hall."

"The hotel is easy walking distance to the train station and city centre. The hotel is well maintained. The Reception staff were very helpful especially Kurt providing useful information on Chester. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good every day we stayed. Roger was very organised in serving us the hot breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay."
