"Staff were lovely throughout. No problems at all with the Hotel and it is really, really convenient for seeing Chester - our first time of visiting and we really enjoyed it. Used the train to get there and Uber to get around and it was all so easy. Would certainly like to go to Chester again and would definitely use the same hotel. PS Go to Chez Jules for a nice evening out."

"Absolutely fantastic! Great vibe and every single staff member was very friendly. The room was very quirky and modern. I had requested a quiet room and was given a room on the 4th floor which was completely silent and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was good with a great selection hot and cold food. The only not so good points were having to mess about dowoading and registering on the third party parking app. Great hotel I would certainly stay again"

"Lovely hotel and super dog friendly! The pool is a decent size and the other spa facilities looked nice although I didn’t use them. A couple of other nice pubs nearby to walk to. "

"No the carpet had quite a few stains on it. Staff were excellent Bar had no gluten free beer and was closed early 10 : 30 pm. "

"Fantastic stay. Would stay again. Stayed in the newer side. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. Swimming pool lovely and warm, facilities all clean. Breakfast was good. Family friendly although would be great to see the kids swim times extended slightly. "
