"Nice hotel. Rooms were clean, well sized and quiet. Air conditioning wasn't working on the first day but was fixed when we asked.
We were there in April, so the amenities were limited. Pool was cold, sauna was closed, but I'm sure this changes in the season.
Breakfast was standard European hotel buffet. Cheese, meats, toast, scrambled eggs etc... nothing exceptional.
Overall this was a good stay, well priced and accommodating.
Worth noting though, for a LGBTQ+ hotel there seemed to be...

"The front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was adequate. The location is wonderful. Looking at the beautiful facade one would think the interior and rooms would be spectacular. Unfortunately that is not the case. The lobby furniture was dirty and the silk flower arrangements were in disarray as if they had been there too long. "I stayed here the last week in April 2026. The staff were friendly and helpful and the Hotel was nice and clean and modern. My bed was very very firm which I liked but may not suit everyone. The breakfast buffet was fine. I was hoping for an indoor pool or hot tub or sauna but that’s OK. It’s easy to walk 5 to 10 minutes to the Metro and take it into town. The airport shuttle was great"
