"Absolutely a dream location to access the medieval city. Literally steps from the Narbonne gate. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but our door lock was broken so locking the room was impossible. Luckily, the room had a second hidden door behind the floor to ceiling blood red curtains, so we could safely lock our stuff up while we explored. "Our room was clean and warm, bedding spotless and toilet and bathroom were clean, didn't use much within the kitchen facilities, but it had eveything to self cater. Deco is a little dark and a little depressing, would look cheary with white walls, but it's acceptable. Nice swimming pool, very quiet, good sleeps! If you want peace and quiet, this would be suitable. Plenty parking and it is only 10 minutes to walk to the Medival City "

"It was bitterly cold… And I was delayed by wintry weather in Manchester Airport and arrived much later than expected… The hotel staff responded by email to my email telling them that I would be late… And had prepared my room with an oil filled radiator pumping away at 24 C when I arrived….wonderful service …for which many thanks to the courteous and considerate staff."
