"The week before we had a wonderful room on the top floor, but one week later, we had a room on the sixth floor that had 2 lights out in the bathroom, the ceiling above the shower needed painting, and the room felt dirty. It was still satisfactory because the bed was comfortable. We really liked Georgi in the restaurant in the evening. He was wonderful and we liked the friendly waitress in the morning at breakfast. The food was also good."

"Relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant service could use a bit more friendliness. The waitress had no interest in explaining the menu choices. We used the spa. It's an additional charge of 10 euro per person to use steam room, sauna, and indoor pool. The pool temperature was too cold, we were expecting a heated pool. Other than that, we were happy with our stay. "
