Meget hyggelig hotell, med gode muligheter både for shoppingt, spasertur til stranden. Hyggelige omgivelser. Hyggelige ansatte og hjelpsomme. Underholdningen kunne vært bedre, hvis det var mer dans og ikke bare tryllekunst . Men alt i alt en perfekt hotell som jeg gir 10 av 10 poeng😊👏.

Atostogų metu teko gyventi trijų tinklų viešbučiuose.Todėl gana lengva išvardinti kas patiko.Lyginant su kitais nors ir 5* viešbučiais labiausiai viešbutį vertinčiau už personalą ,maisto kokybę,gausą ir įvairovę.Viskas ruošiama su meile ,šypsena ir dideliu dėmesiu svečiams.Stebino rytais šviežiai spaudžiamos sultys,gera gėrimų ir net,ledų kokybė.Pastovios restorano darbuotojų šypsenos ir darbuotojų gausa,darbo kokybė,stebino visą savaite.Teritorija nėra didelė bet tvarkinga,protingai išnaudota.Jūra netoli,perėjus gana nedidelę gatvę,gultai mokami.Geras interneto ryšys.Kiekvieną dieną pristatomas geriamas vanduo į kambarį Nepatiko prastai valomi ir tvarkomi vaikų žaidimo kambariai,lauko aikštelės.Šalti baseinai gegužės mėnesi.Vidaus šildomas. Lovely hotel

Staff work extremely hard to ensure guests needs are catered for. Very friendly and obliging. Loved the aqua aerobics daily also used the gym. Lots of choices in the buffet restaurant- so there was always something there to suit everyone.

Comfortable hotel in good location

We had a spacious, clean and comfortable room with the balcony viewing the pool. The double bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and functional and the towels were changed every day. There was a refrigerator in the room and a safety box at extra charge. WiFi worked fine in the room and in all common areas. The food was very good. However, warm dishes used to get cold and dry after lying in the trays for two-three hours. All-inclusive covered beer, house wine and local alcoholic drinks. The evening entertainment was good. The service was generally very good and friendly. The hotel answered promptly all our e-mails and fulfilled our wishes expressed there. The hotel location in Sunny Beach is very convenient; close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Хороший отель.

Отель нас порадовал, проживали втроём, с ребёнком 5 лет, спал на отдельном диванчике. Отель соответсвует цена-качество, Мы ездили в конце сезона и наш отель был самый наполненный по сравнению с остальными отелями. Анимация работала, детей конечно днём не занимали, но вечером стандартно детская дискотека и в 21.00 вечернее шоу ( на уровне самодеятельности, но иногда было очень даже забавно). Кухня стандартная, за неделю блюда почти не повторялись, кроме завтраков они однообразные. В целом отель понравился.

hôtel au personnel accueillant et sympathique, mais hygiène laissant parfois à désirer, les dames de chambre ne changeant pas constamment les draps et les serviettes, se contentant juste de les remettre en place ou les plier... quand au restaurant le petit déjeuner est convenable, mais pour les reste de la journée, la nourriture servie dans les bacs (surtout la viande) est de mauvaise qualité, par contre les gâteaux sont bon. la plage est à 50 mètres, la nuit des animations sont proche, bars et discothèques ( peu de monde, peu d'ambiance) , et la présence du fête foraine est à signaler. en définitif si vous êtes en famille est que votre budget est limité cette destination est pour vous, si vous êtes des fêtard à la recherche d'ambiance survoltée... hôtel et destination à éviter

Loistava ruoka ja palvelu. Suosittele ehdottomasti. All inclusive ei aina ole mitä kuvittelisi, mutta nyt oli paljon enemmän!

Great Hotel - Fantastic Staff!!!

Stayed at Iberostar early September 2014 for a week. The all inclusive was fab...food was amazing and the beach is only 2 mins walk away. What made it even more special was the very friendly staff. I would go back again...

Utmärkt hotel-bra service

Underbart läge, trevlig personal och maten för alla smaker. Barnen hade massa aktiviteter och stranden låg bara 50 m bort. Vi var supernöjda och kan tänka sig boke det hotelet igen. Det enda negativa var en del trashiga gäster som beteede sig skamligt mot personalen.

Little gem

The whole thing was just exellent If you want fairley quiet resort it is just ouside the hotel shopos bars restraunts horse drawn carrages lots of ways to get around. if you want very very lively go through the tunnel in the hotel turn left keep going you have got it the beach is lovely. The Anamation team are a screem, they are not professionels but funny not just at night every day round the pool in the dinning room. This is the best holiday i have ever had .
