"Breakfast was fantastic, great variety. Rooms were good size. Walking distance to Gondola, but shuttle available if you want to be driven (15lev I think). Service was good, but english wasn't always good enough to communicate well - but still fine for being in another country. Spa was nice but this is the only area I would mark down, maybe just bad timing for the visit. Kids were going wild in the pool the first couple of days which I didn't enjoy. "It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). "Not a lot of positive to say about this hotel. Check in was delayed more than 1 hour and was total disaster. The hotel feels old and worn. When we get the rooms there was no towels or bathrobe. There's no chance to 5 stars, i would say 2 stars maximum. Realy dont recommend this hotel at all "
