"Stayed in 2 different rooms, both had mold.
With 2 elevators we still had long wait times get on to get to our room. The sinks drains worked slow. Overall rooms look nice and sheets were clean. Havaianas for every guest was included in each room which was a nice touch. Very much needed for the showers since that’s where mold was. Overall was a good stay aside from the mold and random smell of dirty water (the 1st room)."

"The hotel is located in a perfect spot, central to everything in Botafogo. The room was nice, but the toilet was wedged in a tight space. And beware when showering the fluctuation between hot and cold when other rooms are showering at the same time. The staff seem to always be there when you wanted to ask a question or ask directions. Gabriel at the front desk was always willing to go out of his way to help me or any other guest that was in the lobby. The rooftop bar and Resteraunt was a great...

"L'excellence pour cet hôtel que je recommanderai sans hésiter. Accueil et personnel aux petits soins, dans les moindres détails. Buffet petit déjeuner incroyable. Situation parfaite proche de la plage, pas loin d'Ipanema à pieds. Piscine sur le rooftop avec cocktails à des prix plus que corrects et vue magique sur Copacabana. Souplesse pour le check out. Verre de bienvenue avec accès à la piscine malgré l'arrivée matinale. Literie très confortable."

"The first room that I was assigned to, had no mirror, had paint stains everywhere and the room smelt like paint and chemicals. I asked to move and thankfully the hotel staff obliged.
They cleaned my room everyday and the staff was super nice. It was located really close to where a lot of the attractions were."
