"This property is amazing, staff, the food, excellent selection of food including for vegans. Also the cleanliness, the service and attention to detail. "Unfortunately this wasn’t the best resort or experience. The food wasn’t very good. Especially the buffets, we had a hard time finding something to eat. And the Mexican/taco restaurant wasn’t good at all which was disappointing. My travel companion got sick, we aren’t sure if it was food or the water but be aware! "Under construction the entire stay. That means HEAVY DRILLING AND HAMMERING from 8am to beyond 6pm EVERY DAY. Awful guest experience, all staff/mgmt claimed ignorance for every point raised (just plain dishonesty and deflection so not to have to remedy). Communication was abysmal, like telling us at check-in that the hotel wasn’t under construction, that these were “hotel improvements”. On our last night, had no water (again not communicated and when called it was like yeah no big deal it should...
