"Well positioned. Beautiful room overlooking the river. Expensive onsite restaurants. The only issue was the lifts. The swipe card worked intermittently and that affects the efficient use of the lifts. "

"Very basic and probably better suited to sports teams and school groups which seemed to make up the majority of other travellers. Loud music played from the pub downstairs but did stop promptly at 10.30pm each night. A bit of a walk to the CBD for my office, and food options were mostly fast food. Fit out is a bit dated and tired. Will likely try somewhere else next time. "

"Staff were amazing right from the Valet parking to having my luggage taken to the room. Then loading my luggage into the car when it was time to go. The bed was beautiful to sleep in , breakfasts were lovey and staff are very attentive. "

"We needed to check in quickly so we could catch a shuttle to the Australia Zoo and they were very accommodating. When we returned, our luggage was waiting for us in our delightful room. Everyone was wonderful. "

"We were greeted by on-going renovation in the lobby during our stay in mid-Nov 2024. Nothing was mentioned in the websites. Room was an odd shape layout; maybe due to the building structure. Hence, the room wasn't as spacious as I had expected of a 41m sq room. Clean room. Slight stain in the bathroom. Housekeeping every 3 days."

"Con: Pool area was disappointing. No loungers or chairs to relax in. Shower tub combo was extremely difficult for me to get in and out of safely as I am short Pro: Great location, 1 bdrm with full kitchen, washer and dryer. To do laundry after a hot day of touring the city (along with a hot shower) was so worth it. The same goes for buying groceries in the local stores like breakfast items really helped the wallet as meals are spendy here in Brisbane."

"Cheap accommodation near the airport, easy commute for an early flight. Very limited parking available, so street parking may be required. Security cameras in all corridors, to make it safer. A few stairs to climb, but there is an elevator to get your luggage up if you happen to be on the top floor. "
