"The staff is absolutely amazing and super helpful, friendly and they do an outstanding job. There are two things I didn't like: super small and non functional trash cans in the room and bathroom, very old and stained towels. I usually don't take my towel with me because I stay in high rated hotels and this one the first hotel with not pleasant towels, you could see stain on almost gray towels ( originally supposed to be white) "
