The service was underwhelming. The check-in experience was way below par - a bus of 30 guests had just arrived so there was a very long through the lobby and an extensive wait to check-in. On the first two evenings of my stay, there was no concierge available - the first night I was told she was on a call, the second night she was on a break. So one of the porters attempted to provide restaurant recommendations but he was struggling and ultimately I ended up dining at some pretty average places. On the last evening, I had to remind the staff in the balcony bar twice to bring my wine order.
