"Clean & modern rooms, friendly staff, the outdoor rooftop pool was a decent size and the General cafe is attached to the hotel lobby which is awesome for great coffee & breakfast. It is located in a quieter section of El Poblado (Manila) but nice cafes and restaurants are quick walk away. It’s still very close to the busier part as well either via Uber or can walk if you want to explore. Would highly recommend this hotel & would definitely stay here again! "

"Building is new, and rooms are clean, but staff is so bad trying to get money for everything. These are the bad things on this property that you need to know, to avoid make a reservation here: 1. Building has not easy access for luggages or people with limitations. Stairs are so much and you have to carry your big baggage by yourself, no one help with 2. The staff don’t permit visitors for any reason, and they will charge you $100 for each person going to your room, don’t matter if is a visitor...

"I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by this hotel located in a residential neighborhood, La America. The staff were friendly and welcoming, as were the locals in general. My suite was roomy, modern and clean. I literally have no complaints, and nothing but good things to say about my stay. Just a great value. I’ll be booking my next stay in Medellin right here — Hotel Living 35 Suites!"
