"Statt 75$ musste ich 125 bzw ohne Rechnung 100$ zahlen. Herr Paine, der Manager des Hotels ist sehr aggressiv, speziell gegen Frauen. Das Hotel eine Baustelle. Der Strand ist super aber dieses herunter gekommene unfreundliche und toxische Hotel der Albtraum .Vorsicht, nicht buchen, diese Leute nehmen einen aus, für Taxifahrten die 8$ kosten Knöpfen sie einem 25$ ab. Alles mit der Rechtfertigung, das neben dem Hotel eine Anlage steht die 1400$ die Nacht kostet."

"Good points: Great location with bars and restaurants along the road. Loved being able to get the free boat to the main restaurant in the morning, and the ride to the beach. Service was fab. View from the room was lovely, perfect to watch the comings and goings of the boats. A particular highlight of my stay was a fantastic massage - well worth the extra cost. Not so good points: As is the nature of the hotel, it's all a little dated, with features needing an update. Little things in the room...

"the location is good the hotel is falling apart the furniture is rotting the internet is lousy and its tobad Antigua need decent affordable hotels."

"We had a very relaxing stay for 2 nights in air conditioned bliss. The property is very well maintained and clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is also within easy walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. In the afternoon we walked to the beach. Donna was an excellent host and also picked us up and took us back to the airport. We would certainly stay with Seaview again."

"Our Villa was excellent and so was the property! We loved the spacious outdoor patio with great beach views and immediate access to the beach. Only small drawback was noticeable music from the nearby Sandals resort but at least it was finished by 9:30 pm (and this only occurred one or two evenings. We would definitely like to return again! "Albert was an incredible host. Arca Villa is a beautiful place to stay, you have an incredible view of the Harbour and the pool area was perfect to relax by before heading out for the day."
