"Selected for convenience for a late night flight arrival. Considering late check ins are common, perhaps this could be speeded up a little as everyone is very tired! Staff not the friendliest but this is a high turnover hotel so understandable. Otherwise exactly what was needed for the situation. Price of mineral water a little unreasonable."

"For this high end style resort, it was not worth the money. The food, which was included was poor to mediocre quality and very tiny servings. The service was mediocre, constantly forgetting details like a spoon for your coffee or always needing to be hailed. Not attentive at all for this caliber place. "It’s an antique! We knew that before coming here and we loved that it looked like a little museum. However we were not expecting having to go up and down the narrow stairs all the time. Be careful when carrying luggage and after the rain!"
