Friendly service and staff… however, NOT worth the price of $40 per night, when I could have spent $47 per night at the Marriott sister hotel near the airport. Room felt like a garage, more like a storage room. The window had no view and was disrupted by foliage. Breakfast was decent, but not worth the price. Extremely disappointing!

This is a nice new hotel in the center of Manaus. The hotel was really good about sending me tour info before my stay. The rooms are big and it is mostly Brazilians who stay there so great for going out in groups at night. I wouldn’t recommend anyone walking around at night though as it is not a safe area.

Wonderful property for the price! Towels and soap are provided. Breakfast is LOVELY! The area around is a little not fantastic, our taxi driver warned us of it. However, it puts you in close proximity to the Opera house and plenty of other fun.

The air conditioning was very weak took two days to cool the room same with the fridge bed hard springs popping, notified front desk no response nothing fixed. The breakfast as listed in Expedia’s ad was not free so instead of adding it to my room a man stood over me as I ate trying to force me to sign a bill had to leave breakfast after a few bites to go down to resolve it, this all after a sleepless night because of the hot room and uncomfortable bed. Aggravated my heart condition and blood sugar went low. Put my life at risk so I left, the manager promised to refund two days hasn’t been returned to me yet. But I am sure they rented that deficient room again to someone else.. do not go there if you have health concerns! The area is a dangerous one at night.

La ubicación es muy céntrica y puedes ir a lugares caminando sin problema. El hotel es bonito, cumple con las espectativas por el precio ofertado, además, el personal es muy amable. El único pero es la cama, está algo aguada más no lo suficiente como para no dejarte dormir.

Uma boa estadia em relação custo-beneficio

Ficamos no hotel e tivemos um problema q não havia shampoo nem sabonete, a localização a noite é um pouco deserta demais e com muitos moradores de rua, mas durante o dia é bem movimentado, mas o resto foi muito bom, Cafe da manhã e serviço de quarto e atendimento na recepção não pecaram em nada.
