Apart from the door which doesn’t automatically shut when it’s supposed to be self-closing, I cannot really fault this hotel. Convenient location, great staff, good breakfast spread, spacious and clean room, and shopping malls abound in the area - which you need to cool off.

Overall a good stay, very convenient to shopping and the bus terminal. Only real complaint was the lack of consistent hot water when bathing. Breakfast was noticeably better on the weekend than on the weekday that we were there; it was very good on the weekend.

As always we enjoyed our stay in Lotus blue hotel. Staff are always kind and helpful, room clean, very comfy bed, amenities always there for your immediate needs. SM mall is just a few walks away, where lots of choices of restaurants . Transportation is accessible. Will always be coming back, it’s our home away from home.

i like that it's right next to SM City Legazpi mall, only a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel entrance... and if that's not close enough, guess what? Yashano Mall shares the same building as the hotel, and the hotel lobby has a door that directly enters the mall and supermarket

The room had older carpet. The windows needed cleaning. I sent an email 2 days before arriving requesting the shuttle. The hotel never responded and there was no shuttle at the airport.
