It’s new, the hallway is clean and spacious. Staff and guard are courteous. Shuttle service charge is fair. Two things they should work: provide warm shower and an elevator for seniors.

The hotel and staff itself was good but the area we had was right next to the noisy road. We would have been okay with it if we had known ahead of time so we could pack some ear plugs but we didn’t and had to deal with the noisy road. It was extremely noisy and made it difficult to sleep through the night

stayed for two nights with family of 5: positive: very affordable pricing / good location (just across van terminals, plenty of eating choices within walking distance, safe and clean area) / reasonably clean rooms and hallways / being renovated for improvement... negative : terrible bathroom ( sink is clogged / shower and toilet located side by side making toilet seat wet all the time and bathroom floor flooded...

I only stayed here for one night due to my travels. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. I stayed in the "single room" which has twin bed, one bath towel, no shampoo or body wash, no smart TV. A lot of smaller restaurants within walking distance.

It was a good clean and the staff is accommodating. The AC on the room though, did not cool well and there seems to be a problem with the bathroom drain.

The start was good , the rooms and bathrooms were fine . We took 4 rooms . The parking building is just across the hostel . The staff are friendly even lent us their umbrellas as we dined outside becaus it was raining

Several issues with this room. The door lock was broken and did not feel safe. The TV didn't function. Lots of mold in the room and the aircon was not real effective. Overall an okay place. Not worth the price.
