La qualitĂ© dâanimation de lâhĂŽtel nous a fait oublier le mauvais temps ( merci Ă toute lâĂ©quipe entre autres Sarah et Loco). Les diffĂ©rents restaurants permettent de varier la nourriture qui est excellente. Le seul bĂ©mol tient au fait quâExpedia nâannonce pas quâil faut payer la piscine intĂ©rieure 10⏠par jour par personne.

"Very rude and unprofessional staff. The AC wasnât functioning well and most of the time the room was very hot. Room service is very late and not to the standard of the price paid. Misunderstood the booking days and made me pay for an extra night while at checkin I gave them the dates I was supply to stay, when I told them they need to fix it they argued about the new price and when asked for the authorities they wouldnât call the police and physically blocked me from leaving the premises to call...

"Mon sĂ©jour Ă LâhĂŽtel Jaz Aquamarine Ă©tait absolument magnifique. LâhĂŽtel est trĂšs propre et bien organisĂ©, et le service a dĂ©passĂ© mes attentes. Le personnel Ă©tait sympathique et toujours prĂȘt Ă aider. Les chambres sont confortables avec une belle vue, et lâambiance est trĂšs agrĂ©able.

"We booked a room with partial Seaview. We were given a room with no Seaview that had recently been renovated. On enquiring at reception, we were told the rooms with partial sea views were available but had not been renovated. This is not told at the time of booking. The noise from the renovations was extremely noisy. Again, not vlear at time of booking. Visited the spa gor a massage and had the constant noise of drilling above my head. It will be lovely when finished - but couldn't recommend...
