We had a wonderful stay at Grand Mogador Agdal in Marrakech. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning traditional Moroccan architecture and decor that really captures the charm of the city. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of food. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and supportive, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable, even though the weather was a little cool during our visit. One small thing that could be improved is adding a couple of conveniences in the rooms, like slippers and a clothes drying facility, especially for guests staying several nights. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we’d be happy to return. Thank you to the team for making our stay enjoyable.

Completely the 5-star experience we wanted. The live music during buffet breakfast and lunch is always nice. The rooms are very large and spacious. The staff are so nice and polite… I loved my stay here and will be back for more.

A happy stay

Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children.

The rooms felt a little outdated and could benefit from modernisation. Our shower leaked, and the room missed a coffee table. The swimming pool required an additional charge, which was disappointing given it was off-season. The breakfast buffet was very limited the waffle and crepe machine was out of order for our entire stay, and the fruit was never replenished. Considering all of this and the price paid, I did not feel the stay was worth it.

They need a renovation on the property. Capert in the stairs all old and dirty, funk smells on the hallways. A/C was not working property in the nigh. Day time was very cold, but in the night was not. Not sure why... Amazing Breakfast Good customer services 👍

Generally good, but went at peak season extremely busy, the hotel grounds around the hotel are very well maintained. I think the hotel needs a update. I bit worn out tbh. Food is only local cuisine does not cater alternatives. The SPA was closed, which is extremely disappointing
