Hotel Pantai di Benoni

"Room were in a good condition except for when it rained the bathroom was flooded with water abit . Gate assistance for opening and closing was a challenge as land and mobile numbers remained unanswered as well as gate intercom . Maybe they should alert guests when functions are being held as the one night we were unable to sleep due to noise levels :-( .... Over rall the room was clean , beds lovely size and jacuzzi a nice feature , breakfast was absolutely brilliant - good service. "

"was disappointed that we booked a non-smoking room and received a smoking one - struggled to sleep as the smell was lingering . apart from this it was a fine stay."

"This place is owned and maintained by a lovely couple. Both are very polite and courteous, so willing to assist and guide. The grounds contain walking garden area, and a stunning swimming pool"

"The staff was excellent and the airport shuttle service was excellent"

When I decided that I could not stay in the room and needed to leave there was nobody in reception and also nobody answered my calls. Since I was not issued a remote control to open the gate, I had to go to another room...
