"Tout était parfait sauf la mauvaise expérience au rooftop où nous avions demandés des virgins mojitos fraises et on nous a apporté des mojitos fraises. "Great hotel with lovely design features and a comfy and large lobby/bar with free tea and coffee. The central location is brilliant and the staff are friendly and helpful. The building is quite old so it's not always silent (especially near the lifts) but peaceful enough for a good night's sleep."

"New hotel in a tower. Everybody is on a higher floor because of some businesses in the middle floors. Check-in area is crowded with a bar and you have to walk down some stairs (there may be an elevator) and through a cafe to make it to the elevators. The botanical garden is next door but has limited opening hours. The neighborhood is not great, and the walk to North Station downright scary."

"Solid hotel, a few nits: Confusion about the room service menu, initial instruction was to use the TV, after a long conversation it turned out that this wasn’t yet implemented on floor 6. Helpful person brought us a menu but was reluctant to leave it with us. Service weren’t overly generous with towels, only left us one large towel between two of us. No room service menu on a Sunday. On the upside oats place downstairs was awesome and the mini shop downstairs was also a great idea."

"I really like the hotel. This was the last leg of my northern European adventure. The hotel was really nice . I was overwhelmed by this hotel. I even stayed ALL day in bed in the room one at this place. The staff was very helpful and I could travel to almost all areas of town on the near by subway. Thank you!"
