I had a tough time getting someone there on the phone ahead of the trip, eventually called the reservation line in hopes they could help but they had to get someone at the hotel and connect me, and it’s been over a week since checkout and the $100 charge they put on my card has yet to be refunded despite being told two days ago it was… I’ve definitely never had to contact a hotel to resolve that before but...

"Worst experience ever. For the price we paid we were given a room with no windows like all tye other rooms next to us and was like sleeping in the linen closet with graffiti on the bathroom wall, the tv didnt work,a teddy bear hook on the bathroom door. No soap or shampoo! Crack head meth head manager! She was high as a kite! I want my money back! "
