"Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et a l’écoute de nos besoins. Il y avait de l’eau qui s’accumulait sur le plancher lorsqu’on prenait notre douche et on nous a offert une chambre de catégorie supérieure… c’était une très belle et grande chambre. Le buffet déjeuner est excellent et le restaurant est au douzième étage, c’est magnifique! "
