"La Grotta Hotel is a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet part of Phu Quoc. The beach is beautiful and only 200m walk from hotel. If you are adventurous, I would suggest hiring a scooter to get you around the island. The restaurants close-by and reasonably priced however, if you are looking for cheap, cheap - visit the many market stalls closely. Vi was our lovely host and was very helpful and accommodating. "It's the typical guest house rooms by the water. They have 2 locations, I didn't know this when I book after my friend book with them. They send me to the other side of the water. We had to carry 2 heavy luggage over the bridge. No elevators to 3rd floor. Room is basic, typical shower without cover so water can get everywhere. The staff are friendly and nice though.
